Sorry, no refunds are provided, unless there is a bug or problem caused by our service. As much as we'd like to offer refunds for anyone that changes their mind about our service, unfortunately the nature of email prevents us from being able to recycle email addresses due to privacy reasons (we don't want someone accidentally receiving your private emails!) Once you create an account with us, nobody can use or purchase that email address ever again, even if you walk away.
Given this hurdle to our business, we try to be very clear that there are currently no free trials on any of our paid OnMail plans, as we have a free plan that’s rolling out limited invitations.
