What is Accept Sender?

As a permission-based email service, OnMail gives you full control to decide who enters your inbox. For every new sender that sends mail to your inbox, you can choose to accept or block them. If you accept them, they will be allowed to send you emails freely in the future. If you block them, they will be banished from your inbox until your say otherwise.

If you'd rather disable this setting and accept all new senders/contacts automatically, please follow these steps:

1. Login to OnMail.com via a desktop web browser or via the mobile app
2. Tap your user image/avatar, then tap "Settings"
3. There's a setting for "Auto-Accept New Contacts" which you'll need to enable (on the web, this setting is located in the "General" tab.
