What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, tap Forgot password? on the login page – you’ll be directed to a Reset Password page (you can also access this here: https://mail.onmail.com/forgot)

There, you can enter your OnMail address (not your recovery email address/phone number) and then an email will be sent to your recovery email with a password reset link. Select the link and create a new password, and you’ll be good to go.
